Celebrating St. Patrick’s Day at Maryel
At Maryel School, we embrace every opportunity to bring learning to life through cultural traditions—and St. Patrick’s Day was no exception!
Our students enjoyed a truly magical and imaginative experience as they took part in a fun and hands-on activity inspired by Irish folklore: designing and building their very own Leprechaun Traps. With a mix of creativity, teamwork, and a touch of mischief, children worked together to construct colorful and clever traps, hoping to catch one of the elusive little leprechauns said to bring luck and gold.
This festive project not only sparked their imagination but also helped develop problem-solving and design skills in a playful and collaborative environment.
We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Melissa and Vincent, parents in our community, for leading this special activity and sharing their time and energy with our students. Their involvement added a meaningful and joyful dimension to the celebration, creating lasting memories for all.
At Maryel, we believe in the power of tradition, creativity, and community—and this St. Patrick’s Day celebration was a perfect reflection of that spirit.
