October’s Special Guest:  Dr. Jacqueline Zamani from Murray Hill Pediatric Dentistry

This month, we had the honor of welcoming our beloved Dr. Jacqueline Zamani, a pediatric dentist, to Maryel School for an engaging and informative visit. Dr. Zamani shared her expertise with our students, teaching them about the importance of maintaining good dental hygiene and habits for a lifetime of healthy smiles.

During her visit, Dr. Zamani covered essential topics, including the correct way to brush and floss, why it’s important to limit sugary foods, and how a balanced diet can contribute to strong teeth. Our students were thrilled to participate in hands-on demonstrations and ask questions about how their teeth grow and change over time. Dr. Zamani’s visit not only made learning about dental health fun and memorable but also empowered our students to take ownership of their own health habits.

We are grateful to Dr. Zamani for sharing her knowledge and inspiring our students to make choices that contribute to lifelong wellness. At Maryel, visits like these are a valuable part of our holistic approach to education, helping our students develop healthy habits both in and out of the classroom.
